There are so many beauty benefits here including health. I like to use coconut oil after I shower. My skin is still wet & it aids in absorption & diluting the oil. Your skin will look so glowy & soft. Another thing I do is drown my feet in the oil & put on socks. I sleep with them on throughout the night & I wake up with softer feet. 4. Bath Bombs
One of the most relaxing things you can do is take a hot bath while sipping a glass of wine after a long day! Add a bathbomb to your bath & soak in the moisturizing ingredients.
