I can’t believe what I just heard. My friend who is an agency signed artist got to meet Eve Pearl. The EVE PEARL!!! (If you don’t know who she is, please look her up) She met her on a job when she was doing hair for LARRY KING’S WIFE. Apparently Shawn King is the sweetest person on earth, very warm and welcoming. It’s so amazing to be on a journey with someone who is truly passionate about this industry. She might be doing Beyonce too, so fingers crossed! It’s amazing to know that people in the industry are making more money than doctors! Can you believe it?! Of course only high end artists. It would be so amazing to be part of that small percentage that is making it big.
It’s funny how people can say there is no money in our industry.They really have no idea what they are talking about. I feel like you can make money in any industry as long as you are the best. You can be “someone’s” lawyer or you can be Oprah’s lawyer. You can do “someone’s” makeup or you can be doing Beyonce’s makeup. Catch my drift here?
